This Breather- located just off Marylebone high street- is an oasis of calm. Housed in a 17th-century townhouse, the space is defined by period features including high ceilings, fireplaces and cornicing. It is the ideal spot for a client meeting or team offsite.

Need to know

To comply with social distancing guidelines, some buildings may limit occupancy in lobby areas and elevators — and may also require wearing face masks and gloves. We recommend arriving 15 minutes before your reservation start time in case there are any delays accessing your Breather space.
To limit the number of high touch areas within our spaces as well as reducing the spread of bacteria, we have decided to remove tea coffee and water in our spaces until further notice.

Access outside of the opening times is not available due to the buildings deadlock.

The door to the space is slightly damaged. We are working on getting it repaired but in the meantime, it works fine. Please just make sure to handle the doorknob carefully and that you pull it closed all the way before you leave.
The space is not wheelchair accessible.
