Having recently launched in August 2020, The Archives is a new and exciting project by Purpose Group. Due to huge demand, we are opening new studios on The Archives 5th floor from June!

Our new studios start from 225sq/ft and can be used as a one desk office as well as accommodating small businesses. Our spaces can be a blank canvas, part-furnished, or with bespoke fit-outs (as pictured).

Breathing new life into what was once an underutilised building for the storage of legal documentation, The Archives was born out of this forgotten potential quickly becoming the new community workspace hub for Tottenham, bringing businesses and creators together.

Home to a diverse mix of creatives, makers, and businesses, The Archives provides space for clients across all industries. With bold concrete columns, 4.5 meter high ceilings and an abundance of natural light this space is the perfect studio/office space for you.

This is a workspace for artists, creators, and small to large businesses with great amenities including break-out meeting space, bike storage, and showers, DDA compliant and plans for a food and drinks market, rooftop bar, and additional leisure facilities.

The Archives is located just a 2-minute walk from Tottenham Hale station and tenants will benefit from fantastic transport links, with direct connections to Kings Cross (12mins), Oxford Circus (15 mins ) & Victoria (18 mins) via the Victoria Line & mainline connections to Liverpool St. (11 mins), Stratford & Stansted Airport.

Spaces are priced from £35 per square foot (excluding VAT) inclusive of business rates, service charges, utilities, and WiFi.
