Summary

Breather's first space in King's Cross is less than 5 minutes to King's Cross station and just moments away from the galleries, bars and restaurants around Granary Square. The workspace itself is located on the third floor of a converted warehouse and is flooded with natural light. It is set up for 36 people in boardroom style, but alternative layouts, including theatre and workshop, can accommodate 48. Facilities include a full kitchen with a filtered water tap, 2 x 65" TV's on movable stands and 100MB fibre internet.

Need to know!

To comply with social distancing guidelines, some buildings may limit occupancy in lobby areas and elevators — and may also require wearing face masks and gloves. We recommend arriving 15 minutes before your reservation start time in case there are any delays accessing your Breather space.

To limit the number of high touch areas within our spaces as well as reducing the spread of bacteria, we have decided to remove tea coffee and water in our spaces until further notice.

The fire alarms are tested weekly on Fridays at 12:00PM, apologies for the inconvenience.

Road work is currently underway nearby and some noise can be heard in the space - 24/03/20

Please ensure that you do not give access to anyone you do not know, and that is not a part of your meeting via the intercom system.

To mirror the TVs please ensure that the input ports on the HDMI splitter are both connected via HDMI cables to each TV. You then use the output HDMI cord to connect directly to your presentation device.

The minimum reservation length for this space is 2 hours.
