&Meetings has relaxed its cancellation policy due to the coronavirus. The new cancellation terms are available until 30th April 2020.

&MEETINGS RELEASED A STATEMENT SAYING:

We are very aware that the current uncertainties affecting the UK, and indeed the world, are making planning meetings very difficult for our clients and their delegates.

To offer a little assistance in this process we are relaxing our cancellation policy until 30th April, with the aim of allowing clients more flexibility to continue with their meeting plans.

New cancellations terms:

2 working days: full refund
1 working day: hold booking cost on account for revised future date.
