Welcome To The Private Office

PRIVATE OFFICES

Whether it’s for two, twenty or fifty staff, a private office in a serviced office space provides the the luxury of an enclosed space whilst keeping the flexibility and community aspect of serviced office solution. Private offices come ready-fitted with all of the infrastructure and facilities that a business needs to operate. They also come in any number of different sizes, layouts and designs dependant on the provider and space selected.

PRIVATE OFFICES ARE AVAILABLE IN THE FOLLOWING OPTIONS

A WINDOW OFFICE

A ‘room with a view’. These spaces usually command a premium over interior office spaces. This can also include a corner window office which will almost certainly command a premium over any other option.

AN INTERIOR OFFICE

This is usually the most economical of options. It’s a standard office minus any type of view.

AN OFFICE SUITE

An office and meeting room combined. This might be open plan, or partitioned off to provide a private meeting space within your private office.

THE CORRECT FIT

We believe that ‘fit’ is of paramount importance when searching for and selecting your ideal serviced office space. Whether you are a freelancer, SME or global corporate, it is vital that your coworking space reflects your business, staff needs, brand or values as closely as possible.

Hot desking that might be suitable for start-up media company will almost certainly not work for a hedge fund and this is why we focus so heavily on an industry-driven search approach backed by our thorough knowledge of the marketplace and coworking industry as a whole.

Not all coworking spaces offer the same level of data feed or security. Perhaps you need FCA compliant call recording or secure badge entry to your private office suite? Parking is a must? These are just a few of many different factors that may come into consideration when selecting your space.

LOOKING FOR AN OFFICE SUITE TO BRAND? WE HAVE YOU COVERED…

Private offices are generally secure spaces, with keycard or ‘badge’ access. They can be fully branded with company colours and/or logos or even a full custom buildout. Again, all of the above is dependent on which provider or space a private office is selected in.

Custom build outs for private office suites generally require a minimum of 8-10 week’s lead time, and some providers will cover the cost of customisation if a minimum of 12 months contract is signed. For larger, more complex build outs, the contract length may require a minimum term of anything up to 24 months in order to cover design and build costs.
