From whiteboards to chargers and screens, or presentation easels to tea and coffee, meeting rooms are the perfect answer for today’s on-demand workforce.

Most major cities are home to scores of serviced office providers and the hiring of meeting room space, whether on a pay-per-use basis, or in membership format is an extremely common occurrence. Meeting rooms and suites can be beautiful and functional spaces which are let by the hour or day for a whole host of business related uses. From team-building days to client pitches, there is a space to suit.

Rooms, presentation or seminar space can be found in abundance in most major cities. Remember that larger groups or more complex requirements, such a specialist AV equipment or will require a little extra planning so don’t leave it too late!

For larger audiences, such as a conference or large training event, can be catered too with ease. If greeting staff or security are required, this is also something that we can handle for you. We recommend a 4-week lead time for larger bookings.

Rooms must be cancelled within a set period of time to avoid cancellation charges. Notice periods will change further for larger and/or more complex bookings. Please consult with our meeting room specialists ASAP, should you wish to cancel a booking.
